Some of us are leaving the day before July 10Th but the events start July 11th 

Harley-Davidson had officially released Rally dates for next year. The 2024 Iron Adventure Rally will be in scenic Jay, VT July 11-14, 2024 (it is not Ludlow, VT as released, a correction is coming). Harley -Davidson is getting their website ready to register for the Rally, but we can start to book rooms at the host property, the Jay Peak Resort in Jay, VT.

How to Reserve a Room for the Rally:

Call the Central Reservations line at 800-451-4449. Have the group code (1061833) and our group name (Harley Davidson Iron Adventure Rally) handy when you call in to receive special discounted rates only for Rally members!

You can also book through the website, at www.jaypeakresort.com/reserve and using the same group code to activate the discounts.

Hotel Jay:

The main hotel right in the heart of Jay Peak. The Conference Center and Pumphouse Waterpark are under the same roof.

- Standard King Rooms are the most basic style with one king bed, the nightly rate is $140.07.

- Studio Suites come in a couple of configurations, the most popular being two queen beds and a kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker), the nightly rate is $187.48.

- One-bedroom units come with a private bedroom, a murphy bed or sleeper sofa, and a full-sized kitchen, the nightly rate is $256.15.

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member.  All guests must sign an event release. Be aware, all rides and events are subject to change or cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Impairment Policy: The consumption and use of alcohol is a serious personal responsibility involving the safety of family, riding friends and the individual HOG member. Alcohol consumption before or during a motorcycling activity is not safe, responsible behavior. Merrimack Valley MA/NH Chapter #3185 does not allow the use of alcohol or drugs before or during a riding event* and does not furnish alcohol at Chapter rides. Riders whose skills are observed or suspected to be impaired by alcohol or drugs before riding cannot join the ride. Riders using alcohol or drugs while riding will be asked to leave the ride. It is the responsibility of each Template Chapter member to support the consistent enforcement of this policy

Photography Policy: Photographing, filming, recording and videotaping of activities and events will be occurring Merrimack Valley MA/NH Chapter events. By entering the H.O.G.® event area, you irrevocably grant permission to the Harley-Davidson Motor Company® and its agents to photograph, film, record and/or videotape you and use (and authorize the use of) your name, image, likeness, voice, and/or biographical or other information in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed in perpetuity for any and all purposes.
